The product is very nice, and shipped quickly. It was received sooner than expected. It was an anniversary gift for my sister and I thought it would be a day late but it came in the day before. It is as it shows in the pictures. The photo was not as clear or vibrant as I thought it would be (I uploaded a 3.95 MB picture) and you can see the print lines, but I guess it is as expected because it is printed onto the plexiglass. Scanning for the song must be through Spotify (I had purchased another product that scanned the soundwave but it could be done through the phone camera or Spotify.) Also, my camera could not detect the soundwave right away unless there was a contrast to the background, but it did work. The end of the power chord is a USBA. Overall though it is a nice product.
I was a little skeptical when I ordered because of the price but then I thought oh what the heck. I’m so glad I did! The quality is fantastic. I really wasn’t expecting that. The image came out perfectly. It’s not fuzzy or grainy or anything. The lights are multicolor, which is kind of cool depending on the mood in the ambience you want. I’m actually going to place another one soon as a wedding gift. 10/10 absolutely recommend.!

Decent product. Picture quality is lacking a little, but maybe that’s to be expected. Left is the one submitted, the middle & right are the received product lit & unlit. As you can see, the sparklers in the first photo completely disappeared on the product. Still looks really nice if you don’t know what the background of the photo is supposed to look like. LED stand is sturdy for the 5x7 size & looks good with several color options. Turnaround time from order to delivery was awesome - super quick. Overall, for the price, not bad at all!
The shop owner is very communicative and wonderful to work with! You can tell they take pride in their work and I can’t wait to give what I ordered as a gift! The only issue I had was a tiny mark where the photo got scratched off- it is unclear if this happened through delivery or a small production error- it’s nothing too serious and I still love it!
