I was really excited to receive this gift for a family member and I’m almost embarrassed to give it to them for the price I paid. It looks very cheap. The pictures are blurry, and the lighting barely reaches the bottom of the pictures. I could understand if this was a $10 gift but I paid over $50 for it.
My sister loved her gift, this is the second I’ve bought for someone and the item holds up well. Memories that shall last a lifetime ❤️
It came so fast! And it looks great! Can’t wait to give it to my boyfriend for our anniversary!
I got this for a friend of mine who lives far away It was super cute and exactly as described The shipping was great and it arrived timely and in good condition, it was packaged very carefully .
If I could have given 1000 stars I would have! It’s absolutely beautiful. Brought tears to the receivers eyes and joy to my heart. The seller was extremely helpful every part of the way. From the moment I ordered until it delivered. Seller was patient and kind and helpful. I needed the gift in two days and it made it on time during the holiday. I plan on ordering again from this seller. Thank you Frankie!
Responsive and great quality item, my wife loved it, great birthday compliments
Very speedy answers to messages. From order to my door-4 days. Confirmations of order & shipping. Very polite and professional. Saved shop for me.
Arrived quickly, good product. Wish landscape picture was feasible
Great item- unbelievably fast shipping!
Great service and value. Shipping amazingly fast!
It was shipped and arrived very fast! The recipient loved how personalized and cute it turned out.
Shipped extremely fast and was exactly what I wanted! 🙂
It was a little bit larger than I expected but its beautiful
Very quick delivery and looks great! I'm certain they will love this gift
Customer Service is top notch. Instant feedback and adjustments and preview requested were immediately satisfied.
I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. This is the second time in a row that my order was shipped without me receiving the preview I specifically requested. For this order, I placed it at 10:12 AM and immediately messaged the seller asking for a preview. By 11:00 AM, I received a notification that my order had already shipped - less than an hour later, without the preview. When I contacted the seller, I didn't receive a response until Monday morning, even though I had messaged them on Friday. Their response was that for future orders, I should contact them before placing the order and wait for the preview confirmation so production doesn't begin before approval. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, the LED stand was missing, creating yet another issue that required more back-and-forth communication
My dad loved this gift!
Had to get another one for my grandma because the first one was just too perfect!
Highly recommended! Great product! Great service!

It was beautiful. Everything I imagined it to be
Wowwww! Amazing. This is soooo beautiful! I love it !!!!! Better than pictures. Arrived Early . Perfect gift for an amazing Friend !
Absolutely beautiful! I love it so much. It arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect quality and beautiful craftsmanship. The photo looks amazing, and the acrylic gives it a modern, premium look. My only minor concern is that the acrylic piece wobbles slightly on the wooden base and can tip over with a small nudge. Other than that, I'm very happy with it! ❤️
The frame was perfect and customer service was excellent. Shipping was very fast and such a relief since it was for a time sensitive occasion. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!
I gave my BFF this gift for her birthday. She loved it!!!
