I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. This is the second time in a row that my order was shipped without me receiving the preview I specifically requested. For this order, I placed it at 10:12 AM and immediately messaged the seller asking for a preview. By 11:00 AM, I received a notification that my order had already shipped - less than an hour later, without the preview. When I contacted the seller, I didn't receive a response until Monday morning, even though I had messaged them on Friday. Their response was that for future orders, I should contact them before placing the order and wait for the preview confirmation so production doesn't begin before approval. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, the LED stand was missing, creating yet another issue that required more back-and-forth communication

Perfect quality and beautiful craftsmanship. The photo looks amazing, and the acrylic gives it a modern, premium look. My only minor concern is that the acrylic piece wobbles slightly on the wooden base and can tip over with a small nudge. Other than that, I'm very happy with it! ❤️
The frame was perfect and customer service was excellent. Shipping was very fast and such a relief since it was for a time sensitive occasion. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!
Great seller to do business with! Great quality and craftsmanship! Great communication, great prices, great packaging, super fast shipping and delivery! My wife is going to love it!
Great Mother’s Day present that my wife loved! Due to shipping errors, my item had arrived broken, but the seller was incredibly responsive and overnighted a new gift!
Love love love everything about this item. The shipping was extremely fast. I’m so glad I came across this item because it’s absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend.
