The quality is great. Exactly as advertised.
It's a very nice product. But it would be nice if it explains that the acrylic is exactly 20x28, not one to fit a 20x28 item. I had to poke holes in a expensive poster and it's still sticking out of the edges a bit. The size up just seemed too big. That being said, the product is very nice and shipped fine and I'm just going to live with what I have. If I never take it out of the frame, it'll suppose I'll live. lol tldr: Just wanted to say it in case anyone was unsure if the screws went over the poster, it did. So be careful with choosing size, product very nice regardless.
This is a cute idea for diplomas!!
Amazing quality! Contacted support for recommendations and heard back fast and was shown what my diploma would look like in the sizes I was deciding on! 10 out of 10!

Seller is helpful in guiding me to how to put together the frame and the flag. However if you wear white gloves to prevent fingerprints in the acrylic. Loved the final product . Ordered the biggest size for a flag . Thank you Abby for the help .
The item arrived quickly, was packed well and directions were clear.
I am very happy with this product so far.
The plastic coverings were difficult for me to remove and at first I thought I received the wrong items. Finally figured out how to remove the plastic without scratching the acrylic. I am happy with the results.

Exceptional service and quality! I had a wonderful experience with this shop. The owner went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct frame size for my art piece. Now that it’s up, it looks exactly how we envisioned it on the wall. Thank you for the quick communication, fast delivery, and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!
Came very quickly! These are beautiful, perfect for our wedding pics we wanted to look a little more dramatic. Will be buying one for my degree!
Super nice! It arrived 3-4 days sooner than expected. And the team was extremely helpful when I couldn’t remove the film. Definitely worth the price!
The perfect frame for my photo.
The item is quite cheaply made. I have to pay for shipping to receive and return it. AND the seller says he will only reimburse me if it arrives to his satisfaction. I'm done with Etsy.
I WILL BE CONTACTING ETSY SOON TO RETURN THIS ITEM.
